What we store

When you enter your email in the form, we store the address, the page you sent it from and the time. When you email or call us, we store what you write or tell us.

Why

We use the information to reply to you and to set up a demo. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering an enquiry, and steps before entering into a contract.

Emails we send to businesses

We contact businesses through addresses they publish themselves, such as info@ or contact@. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and anyone who says no gets no further emails. We do not buy address lists.

The agents

When an agent answers your customers, we process their data on your behalf. This is governed by a data processing agreement that we sign with you.

How long

We keep the information for no more than 24 months after the last contact, or shorter if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can find out what information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
